This static website uses no analytics, third-party trackers, advertising pixels or cookies. Fonts and assets are served locally. The marketing-page theme switch applies only to the current page. The documentation theme selector stores your preference in your browser’s local storage; it is not sent to a server.
Your browser sends normal connection information, including your IP address and user agent, to the server hosting the site. Hosting provider, access-log retention and operator details are not yet configured and must be published before launch. No claim of “zero server logs” is made.
Documentation search runs locally in your browser against a built search index. It does not send search keystrokes to a third-party service. External links take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
The app: Syrinx doesn’t phone home
Tabs, history, saved pages and settings stay in a local database, with daily snapshots. Search ranks data already on your machine. Usage counts stay local unless you choose to export them.
Optional page-text memory expires after seven days. Google sites, banking and payment sites, and your own exclusions are not captured. See page-text memory for details and remaining documentation gaps.
Visiting websites and explicitly submitting a web search still sends requests to those services. Plugins may involve connected services; their network behaviour and permissions need to be documented before release.
